A beautiful little furry dog named Esperanza has arrived at a local shelter in Mexico, he lives on the streets and his health is fragile. Poor thing was very nervous and looked at everyone as if she was desperately searching for something, writes fancy4work
After going to the vet for a checkup, the rescue team recognized the dog that had just given birth . She wanted to find her children and give them lots of love.
The rescuers returned to the area where they had saved her, but the puppies were nowhere to be found. It was possible that it was a dog used to breed.
Esperanza had to stay in the shelter with a broken heart . She received the best care in the world, but her mood was still very low.
A true miracle was needed for the sad little furry to wag her tail with joy again.
A couple of weeks later, rescuers received a call for a pack of newborn kittens . Their mother had disappeared for days and the kittens could lose their lives if they did not receive milk and protection from their mother .
They took them to the shelter and that’s when it occurred to them that Esperanza might be the one to save them.
She missed her puppies and the kittens desperately needed a mother. The result was wonderful.
Esperanza sniffed them carefully and immediately got ready to give them kisses and affection . The kittens were very hungry and immediately tried to feed on her.
The dog lay down and gave them the much needed food. She officially became her mother and for two weeks she did not leave their side for a second.
Against all odds, the kittens managed to grow up safe and sound thanks to the dedication of their dog mom.
The story of the furry little girl soon became known and a family that was on vacation in Mexico fell madly in love with her. Evi Pover and her son went to Coco’s Animal Welfare to see kittens, but when they saw Esperanza, little Dan instantly fell in love with the pup.
When the kittens were strong and able to feed themselves, the dedicated mother traveled to the United States and now lives there with her new family .
“She was an instant link between Esperanza and my son so we decided to adopt her,” said Evi Pover.
t’s such a relief to know that this beautiful pup saved all the kittens’ lives and also got the home she so desperately deserves . Regardless of their species, Esperanza became the mother the kittens desperately needed. With his big heart, he left us all a valuable lesson.
